Our work package GUTSGO is built on close collaboration with key stakeholders in youth and safety. We actively work with youth care services, youth workers, youth organizations, police, and municipalities focused on youth and security. Together, we organize workshops, classes, and public events, and we join police on patrol to experience everyday practice first-hand.

These collaborations allow us to deeply embed ourselves within existing institutions rather than operate at a distance. By sharing knowledge and reflecting together, we learn about real-life challenges, institutional routines, and the lived experiences of young people and professionals. This continuous exchange ensures that our research questions, methods, and outputs remain relevant, grounded, and directly useful for policy and practice.
