Yara Toenders

Yara Toenders is a Healthy Start research fellow at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. She studies young people’s mental wellbeing and biological processes that might contribute to wellbeing, such as sleep and brain development. She additionally aims to involve young people in her research, through the youth participation and science communication platform YoungXperts.
