MIND Us is a key societal partner within GUTS and plays an important role in connecting research, policy, practice, and youth perspectives. The collaboration supports bidirectional knowledge exchange, helping to align scientific inquiry with societal priorities while increasing the accessibility and uptake of research findings. Through joint activities and strategic engagement, GUTS and MIND Us contribute to strengthening the evidence base for improving youth mental health and well-being in the Netherlands.

The partnership extends beyond collaborative activities and events. Several GUTS researchers serve on the Scientific Advisory Board of MIND Us, contributing scientific expertise to support the organization’s mission and activities. This involvement strengthens the connection between ongoing research and societal initiatives, while providing opportunities for researchers to engage with stakeholders working to improve youth mental health at local and national levels.
